We are looking for passionate men and women 50+ who want to lead Graytness Collective meetups in their local community. If people naturally gravitate toward you, if you love bringing people together, and if you believe in what we're building, we want to hear from you.

Hosts organize and lead local events, women only, men only, or mixed 50+ gatherings, with full support from the Graytness Collective team. Compensation details are discussed during the onboarding conversation.

What Hosts Do

Organize 1 to 2 local events per month in your city
Promote events through your personal social media and community networks
Be the welcoming face of The 50+ Insider Guide in your area
Coordinate logistics with the GC team (venue, RSVPs, follow-up)
Represent the values of the collective: inclusive, uplifting, real
